My client, based in the Kidderminster area is looking to recruit a Service Desk Coordinator on a Permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity to join a progressive organisation as it continues to grow over the next few years. As a suitable candidate you will be the link between the Sales and Technical teams. You will highly organised, be technically minded and be able to multi-task.

The main responsibilities for this role include

- coordinate between sales team and technical team to plan and arrange relevant jobs
- liaise with admin team for order processing
- monitor support calls for escalating to the technical manager
- allocate jobs to engineers
- manage engineers productivity and efficiency
- liaise with customers as required
- complete relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently
- create reports to assess workflow
- Operational responsibilities for technical staff incl. reviews and absences
- Supporting with bi-annual upgrades
- Diary Management

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

- service desk or workflow experience ideally within an IT company
- strong technical knowledge and understanding of ERP/accounting systems
- strong customer service skills
- strong attention to detail

The salary on offer is negotiable, depending on relevant and suitable experience
