Responsibilities

*Assist directors/managers in any adhoc admin duties.
*Administration of the Sales order to Purchase order process
*Assisting the order line team to process telephone orders and applications
*Assist in other areas of the department as and when required to support the operation in busy times
*Ensuring good and accurate record keeping and following all procedures
*Answering all telephone and email enquiries
*Processing orders and delivery notes
Skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic
*Time management, organisational and multitasking skills
*IT literature with a knowledge of Excel, Outlook and knowledge of Sage would be advantageous
*Ability to retain large amounts of information
