My client is an established global corporate who are a market leader in their field. An opportunity has arisen for a Front of House reception/Client Services Manager to carry out a full ambassadorial role for the firm.

The role will have full responsibility for the management of the Reception/Meeting room suite. You will be managing a receptionist. Your role will entail a variety of duties:

  • Managing the switchboard and providing and exceptional meet and greet client services experience

  • Managing the meeting rooms and all communications

  • Managing suppliers for internal events

  • Facilities management

  • Managing stock and refreshments

  • Assisting with staff inductions

  • Management of a receptionist Assisting with large scale events working closely with the Executive Assistants in the office.

  • Looking at innovative ways to improve and exceed the client experience.

Applicants must have strong front of house receptionist ideally within professional services. You will also ideally have held line management responsibilities.
