Our client based in Wednesbury are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their existing team.

This role is based on a promotion within the team and full training will be given. You will be working within a stable existing team.

Main Duties:
  • Managing an existing portfolio of clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients and maximising opportunities
  • Proactively contacting lapsed clients to discuss business needs
  • Responding to queries and enquiries
  • Providing solutions to customers
  • Up selling and cross selling various products
  • Maintaining up to date product knowledge
  • Supporting external Business Development Managers
  • Responding effectively and efficiently to customers requests

Key Skills:
  • Previous customer service / account management experience essential
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday

8.30am - 5.00pm OR 9.00am - 5.30pm


£ 18,000 - £ 20,000 basic - £ 22,000 OTE
