The job of a a Master Technician

As part of a team of specialistsyou will undertake the mechanical repair of damaged vehicles in accordance with the correct repair methodology as well as accurately recording work completed on each vehicle. It is also the role of the Master Technician to identify additional repair work not defined on original job card and to liaise with the estimator and workshop controller to ensure such work is completed and recorded. You will also observe and adhere to health and safety and housekeeping standards so as to ensure a safe working environment.

You will report intotheGeneral Manager who has been at Nationwide for a number of years. He is as passionate about Customers as he is about his team and is absolutely determined to make his Bodyshop the best in group. It's an amazing team!

What we think good looks like

As a Master Technician we would like you to have an interest and passion in what we do. With a professional appearance we would also appreciate it if you had your own stocked toolbox, excellent job knowledge and be highly motivated. Naturally, due to the nature of the job you will need to have a full UK/EU Driving Licence and the relevant qualifications for the job: NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3 qualification or be a time served technician with Master Tech qualifications. We will help and support you with the rest
