Office Administrator Technical Support

Interview Date: 4th September 2019

Start Date: September 2019

Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday with 1hr for lunch (8 hours per day – 40 hours per week)

Holidays: 28 days a year inc. Bank Holidays (can not be taken at the same time as other 2 people in your department)

Benefits: Salary: Minimum Wage, NEST Pension Scheme, Healthcare (After probationary period)

Experience: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a professional phone manner and be highly organised and diligent. This position would suit somebody who has a in depth knowledge and interest in computer systems

Job Description:

Skratch are looking for an enthusiastic new member to join the team starting September 2019. This role will involve working closely with the Technical team, Project Managers, Engineers, Directors and Customers and will need

somebody who is highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time. Day to day role will involve the following as a minimum

  • Answering the phone to customers
  • Dealing with Customer issues to get their systems back up and working
  • Monitoring Content Management Systems throughout the day
  • Performing vital daily performance checks and recording outcome
  • Providing detailed reports to the Project Managers on a weekly basis
  • Updating Project Managers of any changes to the estate
  • Opening support cases where issues have been raised and progressing these through
