A fantastic international property company is looking for a hard-working and experience Estates Assistant for an opportunity in Birmingham City Centre. Working as part of a well established and professional team, you will be required to take ownership and a high-volume workload as well as assist the wider team. This business offers a sociable working environment and excellent benefits. You will be required to carry out the following tasks day-to-day:

  • Management of relevant databases in order to update leases and portfolio data through liaison with internal and external clients

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the wider team in order to advise on any updates and procedures

  • Creation and presentation of reports as well as additional document management including sourcing leases and plans

  • Coordination of finance administration elements including collection of payments and management of insurance

  • Liaison with 3rd party suppliers including solicitors, supplier, tenants and landlords

We are looking for an individual with excellent levels of IT and communication skills ready to get stuck in to their next role!
