Your new role
The HR Administrator will provide a comprehensive HR administration service to the organisation, including maintaining the HR database, processing reward based administration, providing information for payroll and producing HR management information reports. The HR Administrator will be the first point of contact for HR queries and will manage the parental leave process. In addition the role will support the HR team with HR projects and any other tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidates will be an experienced HR Administrator with exposure to payroll. Candidates will be CIPD qualified or studying towards a HR based qualification. A working knowledge of HR systems, strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills are also essential.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of GBP17,000 to GBP22,000 (DOE)
