Due to business growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client located on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield.
Key Duties:
* Order processing and management through the system
* Providing telephone support for technical and product information
* Answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries
* Enter customer orders onto SAP system in an accurate and timely manner
* Prepare and maintain files
* Confirm order details via fax and email
* Liaise with other departments
The ideal candidate:
* Proactive approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience of working within a customer focussed environment
* Must be a car owner/driver due to location
