Opportunity:


I am looking to recruit a FANTASTIC Administrator to join my client at their Roofing division based in Burton On Trent, Staffordshire.


You will join the company on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will become part of a valued team of employees with a rewarding salary and excellent benefits packages.
The hours for this position can be flexible so either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.


Skills and Duties:


As the Administrator you will provide support to the central management team in handling the sales enquiries, customer contracts and care, administration of health & safety and training. The main duty of this position will be aiding and supporting the employees with Administrative tasks.
Other duties will include:
Day to day handling of sales enquiries and reporting within their CRM platform
Documenting and supporting the customer contract review process
Reporting and co-ordinating the customer care process
Providing administrative support to the brand network
Head office administration

The Ideal Candidate:


The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience
If you have experience with working in a construction or property maintenance industry that would be brilliant but not essential
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential requirements
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages in particular Word and Excel.
The salary is dependent on experience of GBP18,000-GBP25,000.
