Join this fantastic customer services team who provide excellent administrative support to the Company's independent financial advisers and mortgage brokers. This role provides a great route into the Financial Services profession with scope for personal development and career progression.

This is a great opportunity to join this firm of Independent Financial Advisers and Wealth Managers, providing administrative support to the existing customer services team.

Your duties will be varied and will include

- Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls

- Making calls/requests to, and dealing with pension, investment, insurance and mortgage companies along with general office duties.

- Greeting visitors to their offices

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm paying a basic salary of GBP17,000 to GBP19,000 dependent on your experience and qualifications. You will be given membership of the company pension scheme along with 20 days holiday per annum and additionally, the office closes between Christmas and New Year.

Experience within the Financial Services industry is not necessary, however, experience within customer services is essential as well as Maths & English GCSE Grade C upwards (or equivalent) as a minimum.
