You will be:
- You will be processing new starters, ensuring legal guidelines are met.
- Processing leavers including payroll and documentation is up to date.
- Maintaining policies and procedures.
- Updating the HR System for any contractual changes.
- You will be the first point of call for management and employees for queries.
You will no doubt be kept busy but the ideal candidate will keep an eye on the detail ensuring everything is processed and inputted correctly. You will need previous experience in a HR administration role and a good understand of policies and procedures. But they are mainly looking for someone who will get stuck in, hit the ground running and pitch in where needed.
