We are currently recruiting for an Customer Service Administrator to join a successful and well-established business based in Bromsgrove. If you have experience working within Automotive, Motor-Trade, Fleet Administration, Customer Services, Fleet Management, this is an exciting position to be considered.

This a full time, permanent opportunity with a salary of GBP18,000.

Duties will include:

•Processing orders

•Progressing orders

•Arranging deliveries

•Sending deal packs to the funders

•Chasing outstanding debt

•Some filing and scanning

•In-life queries from end users or partners

•Working with suppliers

Skills and Experience needed:

•Previous experience within Automotive, Motor-Trade, Fleet Administration, Customer Services, Fleet Management

•Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills

•Ability to use own Initiative

•Good organisational skills

•Good attention to detail
