What will you be doing as a Chef de Partie?

Running your own section in a fast-paced kitchen
Responsibility for prepping your own station
Communicating shortages with the Head Chef and Sous Chef
Aiding in menu development
HACCP management
Aiding the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running a busy service
You should apply for the role of Chef de Partie if you have ???

Previous experience as a CDP is desirable
Minimum 1 years' experience as a Commis Chef within a similar environment
Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene certification
A want to have a creative input within the kitchen
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow instruction whilst working under pressure
Driving license is essential
