Job Description for our Office Coordinator Role:

You will be responsible for:
  • Proving office support for the Managing Directors
  • Work with Directors on "Work System" Such as risk assessments and company policies.
  • Work with Directors on projects eg Award submissions, website development.
  • Processing orders via phone, email or face to face
  • Producing client's quotations along with following up on quotations and confirming sales.
  • Producing all paper for daily dispatches
  • Taking client payments/Recording clients payment transactions
  • Running a number of daily & weekly reports
  • Updating Health & Safety documentation including maintenance of company files.
  • Updating website as required, adding products and changing prices.
  • Providing management cover when directors are off on annual leave

To be considered for our Office Coordinator role you will need to;

  • Previous experience in a busy administration role
  • Ability to pick things up quickly
  • Able to work under pressure, and at times a hectic environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, someone who is warm and welcoming
  • Self-motivated, and willing to help the company develop
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective problem solver
  • Flexible (No holidays to be taken in June & July)
  • Ability to challenge directors eg critical friend
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or Sage is desirable

What's on Offer
As an Office Coordinator you will receive;

  • 20 days holiday pa plus statutory bank holidays.
  • Office Hours - 8.30am - 5pm with 30 mins lunch break
  • Salary £21,000
