Trakm8 holdings group PLC is a market leader in the fast growing vehicle telematics market sector. Based in Dorset and other UK locations but with a global marketplace Trakm8 is well placed to take advantage of current market opportunities. Increased fuel costs, reduction in operating costs and numerous employment laws such as Duty of Care are all driving increased interest in our products and services. Due to steady growth we are now looking for a Sales Administrator to join our customer support team.

The Role:

* Handle all sales order processing for direct customers, dealers/distributors and internal sales orders
* Accurately enter order details onto CRM system for processing within finance and manufacturing
* Comply with customer service level agreements
* Keep stakeholders updated on order progress
* Liaise with other internal departments such as technical support for installations engineering, manufacturing and logistics to resolve any customer related problems

The Person:

* Experience of working in sales order processing/administration
* Experience of finance systems - ideally Sage 200 preferred
* Excellent customer service skills - both written and verbal
* Capable of working under pressure and prioritising workload
* Good attention to detail - making sure all orders are logged on company CRM and followed through
* Competent user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Willing to undertake out of hours work if required
* Strong stakeholder management - both internal and external

Desirable Skills:

* Knowledge of Sage finance and Salesforce CRM tools

Ideal candidates will have previous background as a sales coordinator or sales adminstraitor.
