Our client, a leading electronics engineering company, are looking for a graduate manufacturing support engineer or graduate production support engineer to join their team in Rugeley. The company offer career progression and training, as a well as a supportive team environment.

Manufacturing Support Engineer requirements:

* Control and issue of documentation for Manufacturing.

* Control and issue of documentation for Supply Chain.

* Creation of Project family trees containing shop orders.

* Maintaining BSI, MOD, and Worldwide standards data base.

* Maintaining pre IFS document archive.

* Maintaining historical data bases (drawings, Ser No's).

* Maintaining and controlling company calibration data base and equipment/tooling.

* To support the Manufacturing Engineers as and when required

* Work off site with suppliers ensuring deliveries and quality targets are maintained

* Have knowledge of modern PCB assembly processes

* Source and raise Departmental purchase requisitions

* Ordering and maintain stocks for assembly department PPE

The role is based in Rugeley and is a permanent position. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Graduate Manufacturing Support Engineer Requirements:

* Degree, HND, HNC in Engineering related subject (ideally manufacturing or production)

* Knowledge of modern manufacturing management techniques

* Knowledge of internal and ISO9001; 2015 Quality systems.

* Six Sigma Greenbelt or above, Continuous improvement

* Excellent communication skills

* The ability to work well within a team

* Excellent attention to detail

* Willingness to learn

* Understanding of Health & Safety requirements

* Ability to achieve full SC security clearance, due to the nature of our business
