Working in areas such as web development, business analytics, business change, senior appointments, mechanical & electrical design, electronics and oil & gas. We cover the whole of the UK and mainland Europe. More specifically, working in the German automotive market.

We have taken on graduates straight from university, recruitment consultants with numerous years' experience and senior recruitment managers.

Vantage Consuing has a dedicated Learning & Development function that can be tailored to any level of experience and supports all recruitment consultants throughout the entirety of their Vantage career.

What we offer:

Average earnings of GBP32,000 in your first 12 months
Senior consultants earning GBP60/GBP90,000 with uncapped earnings

Managing the entire recruitment process
Building and maintaining a network of clients and candidates
Gaining specialist market information
Sourcing, calling and interviewing candidates
Mentoring junior consultants where neededWe are currently screening candidates & looking to hire towards the end of September, in line with our move to our new office!
