Temporary to Permanent HR Manager/HR Business Partner


Rugby - willing to travel to Basingstoke 3 days per week

Our client is looking for a temporary to permanent HR Manager. This can be a day rate position or on a timesheet/hourly rate. This is a generalist position and will suit someone who has worked within a senior HR management role for many years.


Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding

Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements

Works closely with line managers, providing coaching

Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts

Ensures all employment practices comply with regulations

Any other related duties

Skills Required

CIPD qualified or relevant Bachelor degree

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with the relevant employment law

Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork

Capable of compiling and analysing employment data to guide strategic planning
