We are looking to recruit a Telesales Consultant to work from home. You will be responsible for generating a pipeline of qualified appointment leads for Business Development Managers through outbound telesales activity, whilst ensuring timely follow up to convert warm leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities for a Telesales Consultant
* Achievement of monthly/quarterly appointment and lead conversion targets in line with agreed KPI's
* Awareness of business development / operational team territories and available sectors to market
* Generates leads in line with business capacity and competency across breath of sectors/location
* Timely follow up of internal and 3rd party leads and referrals
* Builds and maintains healthy business pipeline
* Engagement with Marketing department to understand planned campaigns and social media activity
* Active participation in weekly sales team calls, providing updates on personal activity, pipeline and performance

Specification for a Telesales Consultant :
* Experienced telesales professional with track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast paced environment
* Proven communicator, with the ability to engage and nurture relationships across a wide range of sectors
* Strong sales knowledge and experience in telesales role
* Strong working knowledge of, CRM systems and B2B pipeline management
* Knowledge of apprenticeship levy, levy transfers and co-investment
* Competent in the use of technology with excellent IT skills and experience with maximising the potential of CRM system
