Main responsibilities:
  • Develop implement and maintain a GBO Services Plan to deliver:
  • Deliver the GBO Services Budget
  • Manage the day to day running of the GBO Services team
  • Actively manage GBO Services compliance and risks
  • Achieve agreed performance targets
  • Liaise with internal departments, customers and end users to achieve goals
  • Manage the development of Services products
  • Manage the accurate recording of data in SAP and other corporate systems

The Services Manager should have a strong business mind-set with financial skills, proven ability to manage a busy team, and be able to demonstrate equipment/ service sales and profitability. As a Services Manager you should have excellent customer facing skills, and be able to develop and manage customer relationships, as well as, be responsible for securing own and co-workers' safety and health with all possible means.

  • Commercial or Technical background, Bachelor degree
  • At least 10 years of relevant business experience managing teams in a target driven customer service environment
  • High level of communication skills required with team leadership and results oriented problem solving
  • Change management techniques and team leadership in complex business environments
  • Team leadership, budget setting & achievement, conflict resolution and contract negotiation
  • SAP user, Microsoft office, Google suite, cross cultural working, project management
