We currently have an opening for a National Account Executive to be the main contact for our Mitchell & Butler's Premium account and take ownership for the Casual Dining ledger (Boparan/ Prezzo). You will be responsible for co-ordinating the implementation of the contract in the M&B estate in conjunction with all internal and external stakeholders ensuring best in class category partnership. You will also be expected to create tailored brand plans whilst optimising our rate of sale through creative proposition led solutions build a broad and deep customer contact strategy to enable you to identify and capitalise on further business opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

* Licensed trade knowledge and understanding

* Experience of working in other drinks categories, knowledge of Spirits brands (desirable)

* Have ability to be in Hemel on regular basis, up to 2 days per week

* Have ability to be in Birmingham on regular basis, up to 2 days per week

* Creative thinker able to capture a vision of the future and create a plan for action

* Integrity

* Strong commercial acumen to enable development of strong BSD commercial propositions which can be developed into account plans & implementable in outlet execution plans.

* Strong selling and negotiation skills

* Attention to detail

* Self-motivated with ability to work alone whilst also delivering as part of the wider team

* Excellent organisational and time management skills - Driven/motivated to ensure all Britvic sales opportunities are exploited

* Experience of customer terms/contract renegotiation
