A leading and successful business are looking to recruit an Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. The chosen candidate will be working in a small but exciting team, liaising with customers and clients alike to help book appointments and resolve any queries that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking appointments for engineers and sub contractors
  • Sending out quotes and booking confirmations
  • Ensuring site access and permits are obtained before jobs are carried out
  • Updating the internal system
  • Using all Microsoft packages including excel, word and outlook
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets with relevant information
  • Resolving customer queries and escalating as needed

  • Must have own transport due to the location of the business

Hours:

8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (no flexibility due to shared responsibility of opening and closing the offices)
