Due to continued company success a leading manufacturing company require additional support within their busy Sales Administration Office based at their offices in Stoke on Trent. The offices are easily located from surrounding areas Sandbach, Crewe, Middlewich, Alsager, Stoke and Stafford.

Joining an established small but growing team, you will be an integral part of the business; providing administration and customer support to a variety of customers as well as developing key relationships and identifying key accounts.

Duties to include:

Taking a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails

Processing sales orders daily

Producing customer quotations from drawings

Upselling additional services and promoting company offers

Updating internal stock management system

Daily contact via phone and email with Field Sales Representatives

Liaising with internal departments such as the Warehouse team and Despatch

Chasing orders and dealing with any order discrepancies

Updating customers of order time-frames

Dealing with any complaints as they arise

Offering customer discounts and upselling monthly promotions

Updating Excel spreadsheets for management reporting

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a manufacturing or engineering environment, previous Navision experience highly desirable.
