Role Profile:

* Ensures and represents Business Continuity regulatory and contractual compliance for all business units & functions

* Ensures continued ISO 22301 compliance for telent through management and execution of the processes

* Coordinates, supports and reviews business impact analyses, resilience risk assessments and Business Continuity Plans

* Delivers (people and premises) Business Continuity exercises, senior management presentations and general staff awareness training

* Continual improvement and standardisation of documented business continuity processes to support consistent, efficient and repeatable processes Ensures appropriate corporate risk review of business resilience and formal management reviews in line with company processes

* Implement and manage the Company BCMS in compliance with ISO22301

* Manage Business Continuity processes to BS22301 standards

* Preparation and implementation of company instructions

* BC plans tests as required and reports on status and effectiveness

* Advice on business resilience and continuity requirements for Contracts where requested

* Design and delivery of training on business continuity where required

We'd be delighted to hear from you if you have the following skills/experience:

* Experience in a similar role required

* Demonstrable experience in ISO 22301 certification maintenance and/or implementation required; ISO 22301 Lead Auditor accreditation advantageous

* Strong experience in designing, facilitating and reporting on complex, scenario-based crisis management exercises required; experience of managing real crises advantageous

* Strong experience in business impact analysis, resilience risk assessment and business continuity plan design and population required

* Excellent written communication and oral presentation skills required

* Willingness to undergo UK Government SC Clearance required

* Willingness to undertake semi-regular short-term UK travel required

* Project and/or risk management experience or accreditation advantageous

* Calm under pressure; copes well in a dynamic, complex environment

* Ability to drive consistent and repeatable results with limited supervision

* Understands when to escalate

* Gravitas, with excellent influencing and tactical decision-making skills

* Develops relationships with people at all levels and in various functions and specialities of organizations, both in external environments and internally
