Divisional Director - High Value Metals (Aluminium, Nickle Alloys, Stainless Steel and Titanium), Value Added Services and Other Specialist Products

Location: Can be based anywhere in the UK.

Area Covered: UK and Ireland with some International coverage

Package: £100,000 - £120,000, Strong Bonus Opportunities, Company Car or Car Allowance, Pension, Family Health Insurance, Death in Service policy, Permanent Health Insurance, Company Sick Pay, Mobile and Laptop, 25 Days Holidays plus Statutory Days

A superb opportunity has arisen with one of our clients for a Divisional Director - High Value Metals (Aluminium, Nickle Alloys, Stainless Steel and Titanium), Value Added Services and Other Specialist Products to work across the UK with some International coverage.

About the role:

As a Divisional Director - High Value Metals (Aluminium, Nickle Alloys, Stainless Steel and Titanium), Value Added Services and Other Specialist Products, you will have Full Profit and Loss Responsibilities for circa £120,000,000 across multiple sites, with 3 Direct reports and 400+ In-Direct reports. You will be measured on overall financial results and company performance but also how you drive the team forward plus the overall strategy that you implement and clear direction you set.

You will work with a customer base of clients in sectors such as the Aerospace industry and the Défense industry so experience of these sectors would be beneficial.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have a strong Commercial background and strong man management experience in either High Value Metals Distribution, alternatively they may consider applicants with experience working for a High Value Metals Manufacturer / Mill, they will also look at applicants with experience of working at a Senior level for a Commercial Metals business and lastly they will also look at Senior candidates from within the Wider Aerospace industry to work across the UK and again with some International coverage.

The company require an individual who will have a real leadership presence and can communicate clearly with staff and clients alike. They will have strong change management expertise and will be a strategic thinker who can drive the business forward and isn't afraid to make difficult decisions.
