We are pleased to be working with a growing lender that is looking to grow it's business in the Midlands, so are now readily seeking an experienced BDM in the Midlands to liaise with Brokers and other intermediary contacts in regards to bridging and development finance. The team is buzzing with some recent key appointments and now is exciting time to join.

The successfully appointed Business Development Manager will have short-term property finance experience and will have a good reputation in the broker market. It is essential that you have an understanding of the UK bridging finance industry and have the ability to nurture existing relationships, whilst forging new ones.

In this Business Development Manager role you will be covering the Midlands patch and will be ideally situated geographically. Reporting to the Head Office occasionally and working from home, you will be the type of individual who can self motivate and manage your own diary. It is imperative that you are comfortable pro-actively seeking new business opportunities as well as being able to identify opportunities to improve product portfolio and represent the Company at trade shows, property auctions and relevant corporate events.
