We are looking for passionate, energetic, ethically minded people to join our team of Travelling Fundraisers (Private Sites and Venues). Our charity partners are amazing and we need YOU to inspire people to support them. You'll be changing the world with every supporter you get on board. It sounds ambitious, but our charities can't fight for vitally important causes without the donations that you'll be securing for them. No experience is needed as we provide full training; just bring your transferable skills.

Our story begins in 2009, when a group of fundraising visionaries came together with a very simple mission; to create the most ethical fundraising company on the planet. When you join us you'll be fundraising in shopping centres and major rail stations around the UK, in teams of up to 8 other Fundraisers. You'll be living and working with your team and we need you to be able to commit to being away from home for 5 weeks at first. We provide your travel and accommodation - often in stunning holiday homes or city apartments.

All new starters receive 2 full days of training so you can hit the ground running and be confident in representing your charity on your first day. We have great career progression opportunities at REAL - our Managing Directors were all Fundraisers once!

The Travelling Fundraiser job is a full-time role, intended for those looking for a permanent position. Once you pass our telephone screening, we will usually interview you by video call so there's no need to come to our head office unless you live nearby. You must be eligible to work in the UK.

It's an immediate start, so if your interview is successful you'll join our weekly training session in London, taking place every Tuesday and Wednesday. We provide you with travel and overnight accommodation for the training. On Wednesday evening the adventure begins as you travel to join your team, which could be anywhere from Plymouth to Aberdeen, so bring your suitcase!
  • Earn a guaranteed basic wage starting at £323 - £365 per week with uncapped weekly bonuses
