Our client is a major OEM in Staffordshire with an enviable reputation as a leader in their field of manufacturing.
Due to internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen for a skilled administrator to assist in their busy finance department, investigating and resolving invoice queries. The aim of the role is to efficiently and promptly identify the reason for the query and take the necessary steps to correct this, resulting in payment to the supplier.
A strong background in administration ideally within a finance environment is necessary, combined with good communication skills and the ability to manage several issues at one time. Accurate keyboard skills are essential.
