Becoming a Reporting Analyst with Capita PIP:

Location: Birmingham

The purpose of this role is to deliver reporting/data capability relating to operational, contractual and ad-hoc requests. You will manage regular operational reporting and deliver to agreed SLA's

What you will do:

  • Build, maintain and publish appropriate and to-the-point dashboards which:

  • Provide clear insight into the department's performance against its goals

  • Provide additional insight to show how performance could be improved

  • Are easy to use - from both a technical and non-technical perspective

  • Are regularly reviewed with the stakeholders to ensure that they are used and useful

  • Ensure that reporting processes are documented

  • Collation of Inputs from multiple teams across all areas of the business

  • Review processes for obtaining data and review to ensure that this is as robust and efficient as possible

Your experience will include:

  • Strong experience in a Reporting or Analytical role

  • Highly skilled in both SAS and SQL and an experienced Excel use

  • Strong customer facing skills. Must be comfortable and confident with clients at all levels.

  • The ability to present technical and complex information

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.

  • Strong organisation and time management skills.

  • Numerate and competent in data analytics and analysis methodologies

  • The ability to work co-operatively and supportively with others, able to lead and motivate teams working on projects
