1st Line Helpdesk Advisor / Customer Service Executive

Our Cannock based are recruiting for a 1st Line Helpdesk Advisor to join them on a Permanent basis

The opportunity

The Customer Care Advisor will:

* Answer incoming support telephone line

* Log, investigate and diagnose incidents

* Monitor support calls to ensure a timely resolution

* Create support documentation

* Identify priority class and escalating appropriately.

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

Salary: £18-20k

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with Saturday on a rota basis
