A growing automotive maintenance company based in Lichfield is looking to add a Customer Co-Ordinator to their administration department. The company is very successful Nationally and have been running since the 1970's.

Main duties of the Customer Co-ordinator:

Follow a process to gain purchase orders from customer for work already carried out.
Build effective working relationships with customers.
Follow all internal processes.
Manage any queries raised after the work has been completed.
Proactively make contact with customers regarding outstanding orders.
Deal with all queries raised by customer & contract managers.
Escalate unresolved queries.

Experience of the Customer Co-ordinator:

Transport/automotive industry desired but not essential.
Ability to work quickly and accurately.
Customer service background required.
Computer literate including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to meet company KPI's.
Good communication skills.

Benefits of the Customer Co-ordinator:

GBP18,500 basic salary.
Pension scheme.
Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm.
Company car park.
