We have a globally well-known client based in Warwick who are looking to recruit a HelpDesk Support Consultant. Our client is a specialist system development company who are rapidly growing within the UK automotive market.
As a HelpDesk Support Consultant you will be providing e-mail and telephone support to hundreds of users around the UK whom operate their Dealer Management System within the Franchised Automotive environment. You will receive full training on our clients Dealer Management System.
This is a permanent full-time position with an immediate start.
Our client is looking for:
• Experience of working within a car dealership
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team player, with the ability to both lend support and seek support when required.
• A strong work ethic, and be motivated by attaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Customer service experience
• IT literate
