As the HR Manager you will be responsible for providing support across various HR business functions. You will deliver HR services to key areas of the business ensuring compliance to policies and procedures with a focus on employee engagement and management of HR projects.


* Great focus on Employment Law and Employee Relations i.e. discrimination, employee rights, and all aspects of HR legislation.

* Be responsible for all elements of performance management and dispute resolution, including communication with employees and line managers.

* Conduct employee meetings as required to resolve issues and create a good working environment.

* Monitoring of the Employee profile and making recommendations for improvement, with particular attention to diversity and inclusion.

* Management of the HR activities for all aspects of the business, through a deep understanding of the requirements of the business.

* Handling of all disciplinary and grievance processes ensuring compliance with employee rights and in line with company policies.

* Have a good understanding of company terms and conditions of employment, as well as related employee benefits, and provide support as required.

* Work with the wider team to provide a HR infrastructure, and ongoing organisational development in line with business strategy.

* Maintenance of appropriate records and documentation to provide relevant management information.

* Support the business with advice and guidance on relevant areas of responsibility, and seek further support as required in order to ensure ongoing compliance.


* Previous HR experience, at least 3 years at senior advisor level

* Level 7 CIPD qualified

* Good knowledge of employment law and HR policies and Procedures

* Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills

* PC literate and proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
