Penhill Jones is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for an engineering industry giant based near Stratford upon Avon.

This role is integral to the smooth running of the purchasing department and will suit someone driven, detail focused and confident.

Key Responsibilities

·Accurate processing of supplier invoices

·Accurate processing of supplier invoices against site purchase orders

·Backup for daily supplier payment runs as required

·Backup for setup of supplier accounts with all associated checks as required

·Dealing with supplier telephone queries

·Liaison with sites as necessary by telephone and e-mail

·Adherence to strict monthly deadlines

·Ability to process multiple currency invoices

·Back up to team processing as required

·Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require

·Comply with all Company policies related to Code of Conduct, Environmental, Health and Safety and Community

·Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

·Strong interpersonal skills.

·Self motivated and flexible

·Excellent time management

·Experience of purchase ledger is essential

·Computer literate with Navision experience (preferred)

Up to £24,000 plus benefits.
