We are currently looking for a customer care advisor for our market leading software solutions provider. Applicants will be able to demonstrate the ability to answer incoming calls, in a professional and timely manner, on the support desk. During your calls you will be responsible for logging, investigating and diagnosing incidents (first class training and mentoring will be given) You will be responsible for monitoring support calls to ensure timely resolution, creating support documentation, identifying priorities and escalating where required.
