This role reports into the HR Manager with frequent liaison with multiple departments company wide. The role a 3 month fixed term contract, working on a full-time basis.

You will provide an effective HR advisory support service, ensuring that relevant parties receive advice and support in accordance with the policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Acting as first point of contact for all employee relation issues; provide advice to managers on disciplinary, grievances, absence management

* Update and maintain employee data within all HR systems, ensuring information is accurate and relevant in accordance with GDPR

* Proactively lead the Absence Management process including weekly/monthly reviews with Leaders

* Conduct new starter reviews

* Key point of contact for line managers for issue resolution, providing guidance and support on performance improvement and redundancy processes.

* Coach, advice and guide managers and employees with regards to HR policy queries.

* Build a strong, trusting relationship with stakeholders, operation team and HR colleagues

* Supporting the HR Manager with Projects and KPI's

* Answering and responding to queries or problems managers have and managing their expectations

Requirements:

* Have at least 12 month previous work experience within a specific HR environment

* A thorough understanding of HR processes and procedures

* Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

* Excellent planning and organisational skills

* Be proactive, great attention to detail and have a can-do approach
