We are currently recruiting an energetic and intelligent graduate who has previous experience supporting children. You will have the skills to display the potential to become a teacher. You will have advanced literacy and numeracy skills and a strong academic record across the board to be able to support and challenge pupils of all abilities. The ideal candidate would of achieved well In there degree, having earned at least a 2:1 or above and has the drive to create a motivational atmosphere. You must show the ability to a genuine love for education and use your passion for teaching to build a career in education. In this exciting Teaching Assistant position you will have the opportunity to working within Key stage one under the guidance of a highly experienced teacher. You will have the responsibility of aiding the class teacher by taking low or high ability children away form mainstream lessons in booster groups and 1:1 sessions.

The School is located in a inclusive area within the Warwick area and it has been considered as a'Outstanding' institution by Ofsted, this school sets the bar for best practice within the area and well liked by the local community. They are looking for a creative person who can share their knowledge and abilities within the classroom and help raise attainment within KS1. Day-to-day you will be learning on your feet as you will be given the chance to teach a class of your own under the supervision of the teacher. Your role will include the development of old lessons plans and coming up with a fresh and interesting activities that the children will really benefit from. You will have the opportunity in aiding development of pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
