An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an organisation who are a highly regarded in their field. Joining a growing team in Bromsgrove, liaising with 1st and 3rd Line IT Support teams, working as a 2nd Line Support Engineer in excellent supportive surroundings.

The role involves 2nd Line Support of the internal systems, be it installation, repairs, updates or networking issues, and many other activities in between, being one of the go-to people within the organisation.

A passion for IT is a must! As the team is small and growing, you will gain hands-on experience quickly, in multiple areas of IT Support.

As a member of the 2nd Line Support team you will be an expert in:

Windows Server

•Windows 10

•Active Directory/Group Policy

•Office 365

A good and broad understanding of the following is also desirable:

•LAN/WAN Technologies




•Software Asset Management
