My Shrewsbury based client is recruiting for a Senior Administrator. This is a 15 month fixed term contract due to maternity.

Salary GBP18k - GBP21k

8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 1.30pm Friday

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be working within a small team.

Responsibilities:-

Database

Maintaining the administration and content of the CRM system

Administer the CRM's data cleaning procedures, including adding/removing company and contact records, updating company profiles, customer preferences and customer tracking

Maintain the CRM database integrity, ensuring upgrades are implemented in a timely manner to minimise disruption, scheduling robust backup routines and ensuring a secure system

Working with the Marketing and Event Teams

Keep the CRM database structure in-line with the Association data requirements

Act as the first point of contact for the CRM database system

Membership

Being the first point of contact for new members

Account Manage new members

Safeguarding member retention

Work with the marketing team to create member communications to highlight new products

IT

Be the first point of call for IT issues

Undertake IT system renewals and set up procedures

Ensure office IT systems are up-to-date and secure

Maintain accurate IT records

Qualifications and Experience

Good communication and written skills

A willingness to upskill and be trained on Jmoomla

It would be advantageous if you had the following skills:-

Microsoft Office proficient

Driving Licence

There may be an opportunity for European travel, therefore you should have a valid passport and have the ability to travel away from home for occasional periods of up to a week at a time.
