Our client is looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, its not all about experience for this role, essentially, they are looking for someone with the right attitude and personality with the drive to succeed and do a good job.


- Process sales orders, raising invoices, chasing payments, liaising with clients and suppliers

- Keep accurate records and document actions and discussions

- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

- Develop service procedures, policies and standards

- Maintain effectively and manage volume incoming calls

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to build sustainable relationships

- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
