Company:

A market leading organisation in the specialised technology and the world's largest manufacturer and supplier in their industry. They are represented in 12 European countries as well as a global presence. They are seeking a Production & Inventory Controller to work closely with the Supply Chain Function to improve and increase their accuracy and accountability within the Production and Stock control.

Duties:

The Production & Inventory Controller will be responsible for playing an important role in partnering with the Supply Chain Manager in the delivery and support finance through the control of the inventory and stock variance and support the management and control of:

* Incoming and outgoing goods registration within the ERP system

* Inventory and safety stock in accordance to plan

* Inventory scrap rates and obsolescence

* Monthly stock takes and daily cycle counts

* Reconciliation of production performance data to financial data

* Follow up and report production performance and variances

Skills & Experience:

The successful Production & Inventory Controller will have:

* Strong Manufacturing Experience

* Strong analytical skills

* ERP experience (Oracle E-Business Suite would be desirable)

* Manage multiple tasks and have a pr-active attitude to drive change

I would be keen to speak with candidates who have experience as an Inventory Clerk, Inventory Controller, Inventory Analyst, Production and Inventory Controller or similar positions.
