Application Support Analyst - Software Support - Tamworth

My client are an established Business Service Software provider based in Tamworth, West Midlands. They're expanding their software support team and are seeking an Application Support Analyst with proven experience supporting software applications in a remote/ticket capacity!

You'll have provable attention to detail, strong communication skills and have an established background in providing remote software support to customers and clients, including the software's operation and configuration.

Working in a ticket based environment, you'll also help to assist with new software release testing, identification and replication of software issues and supporting interim fixes.

Ideal Skills:

  • Proven Application Support/Software Support background in a Ticket based environment.
  • Comfortable working closely with customers and clients.
  • Able to identify, replicate and suggest fixes for software issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Test new software releases and become a first point of contact expert.
Based in Tamworth, the role is easily commutable from Birmingham and the surrounding area.
