Job Title: Deputy Manager - Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Sunday

Location: Burntwood, Staffordshire

Pay: £9.77 per hour

Role Overview:-Overseeing Senior Support team, our Deputy Manager's closely support our Home Manager and are responsible for promoting, managing and co-ordinating care plans, and you'll play a central role in team leadership.

Requirements:-You will be required to monitor senior support staff in effective record keeping and team management. The Deputy Manager will need to have experience in managing and in a care setting (preferable residential), have great attention to detail to oversee the daily recording of the service. From allocating shifts and training days to overseeing recruitment and induction, you will be central to service delivery and you'll take a hands-on approach to care management too.

The Deputy Manager will also need to be flexible, Monday to Sunday, the only night shifts worked will be for cover or on-call purposes, who can hit the ground running, so you'll be familiar with appropriate regulations and legislation, skilled in budgeting and administration, and you'll be ready for early responsibility. In return we'll support you to work towards a relevant Care and Management qualification.

** Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
