Key responsibilities - 1st Line Technical Support Assistant
  • Taking incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Logging, prioritising and diagnosing reported software issues
  • Monitoring logged issues to ensure a timely resolution
  • Producing support documentation
  • Problem solving

Key skills - 1st Line Technical Support Assistant
  • Previous experience within a software support or similar role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Driven to offer an efficient and timely service
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Problem solving ability
  • A high attention to detail
