Salary: £50,000 + (dependant on experience)

This is a new role which has been created to support the business to really excel forward with their plans to become more digital, mobile and overall innovative. I am looking for someone with the right competencies (IT wise) but also the right personality -

You must visibly be passionate about innovation and change, be engaging and able to easily speak to multiple stakeholders to really understand key problem statements then work towards providing justified alternatives and eventually solutions.

This role would typically suit someone who has experience of project management/programme management within IT or you may be an IT related BA.

As an Innovation Lead, you will be responsible for the discovery, piloting and assessment of new IT initiatives across the business network.

Key responsibilities of the Innovation Lead:

• Being the Innovation Lead, you will live and breathe innovation - understanding business needs through tactful and meaningful conversations with multiple stakeholders

• Be the coordinator of the new IT technologies across the group

• Have the passion and enthusiasm to go where you need to go to discover new technologies for implementation or acquisition.

• Create and pilot from "proof of concept" to launch of the project and oversee the progress - Analysing along the way

• Build and maintain an "App Store" or catalogue of all available technologies - to be understood by a "non-technical" audience.
