Presenting a fantastic new opportunity to join a global business covering maternity leave for the Sales and Volume Co-ordinator & Commercial Administration Manager. This role will suit someone who is highly effective and looking for a challenging but rewarding position.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, structured in approach but flexible in manner, methodical, dogmatic and results driven. You will need to be analytical with the ability to work comfortably under pressure. Qualified with a management degree or similar, proficient with SAP and Quotation and Management systems.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum.

Global Sales Co-Ordinator / Regional Business Unit Sales Co-Ordinator / North Europe Division (NED) Volume Co-Ordinator:
  • The co-ordination, management and analysis of volumes; Global and Divisional for all OEM's.
  • Monitoring and analysis of the quarterly Open Issues between Business Plans.
  • Gevolume implementation and corresponding Matrix ownership as the Advisor level representative
  • Management of commercial KPI's for UK Region and nomination templates for newly awarded business.
  • Quotations systems and management systems alignment for UK against BP including Capex
  • Provide analysis and comprehensive reports to Senior Management and NED which highlights variances from one Business Plan to another and provide details on the further sales that can be achieved through opportunities, being considered within the business.
  • Weekly communication with national and international colleagues, to ensure practical application and success of working processes and the communication of vehicle/projects updates and current status.
  • Co-ordination and reporting of business for all UK Region. Ownership and management of Business Plan potentials/opportunities tracker, and Division reports regarding current status of each plant and how they are comparing to budget.

Commercial Administration Manager:
  • Facilitate the transfer of plant location via the Corporate and SAP systems.
  • Oversee and manage the day to day running of the Commercial sales administration team.
  • Create, maintain and streamline processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and manage the team by completing annual reviews, performance management and training analysis.

    Ad hoc tasks include but not limited to; employee attendance monitoring on Crown, processing Fullstep orders for the Commercial team, UK Achilles portal and supporting Audits in relation to commercial tasks.
