Due to expansion, this thriving niche business who specialise in the hospitality industry are looking for a part time Accounts Assistant to join their very friendly team. Working alongside the Assistant Accountant, the main purpose of the role will be to assist with general accounts administrative tasks to include:

Matching invoice to delivery notes
Dealing with invoice queries
Checking supplier statements for pricing and investigating missing invoices
Entering invoices onto the bespoke (Sage) system
Filing invoices away and sending supplier statements

This is a great opportunity to join a genuinely friendly office who really value their staff. The office is bright and airy and based on the outskirts of Stratford on Avon - please note, the business is accessible by public transport.

The ideal candidate will work well as part of a small team environment and have good accounts administration experience. In addition, we are looking for candidates who pride themselves on their accurate data entry and good organisational skills.

This is ultimately a permanent opportunity to join this forward thinking business, however, there is an option to join on a "temp to perm" trial basis. Hours of work will be around 20-25 per week and our client is extremely flexible and happy to negotiate hours - 3 full days or reduced hours over 5 days will be considered !
