Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Tamworth based client in their search for an experienced Payroll Officer to join the business on a long term temporary basis. You will be working as part of a successful team and will be responsible for taking ownership of a weekly and month payroll from start to finish for 500+ employees. My client is looking for a proactive candidate with a passion for payroll and demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced environment.
Daily duties and experience required includes:
• Minimum of three years experience of managing a payroll from start to finish
• Processing starters and leavers
• Calculating holiday and national insurance
• Calculating SSP, SMP and SPP
• T&A experience
• Query resolution
• Up to date payroll legislation knowledge
• SAP experience will offer a distinct advantage
