Due to our continued growth and expanding our team in Stoke on Trent, we are looking to recruit a Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant.
It is very much an "Hands on" role, so you will be an integral part of the continued development and success of our Team.
Your role will include:
" Manage and develop our Industrial operation to ensure the continued growth of our business
" Mentor, coach and manage your team of Consultants
" Be able to plan, manage and achieve Budgets
Alongside this, you will expected to show :
* The ability to generate new business and form successful relationships with existing, new & prospective clients.
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with applicants
* Interviewing applicants and CV writing when required
* Advertising roles on job boards, social media and newspapers
* Resilient and a focus on a strong team ethos
* Ambitious and Tenacious
* Increasing market share, with both new and existing clients
You should be able to demonstrate :
A proven Record in Sales and business development in recruitment
The aptitude to develop both existing and new business opportunities
The ability to work alongside and manage a Team of Consultants to ensure the development of both business opportunities and your team.
